Watermelon Cucumber Summer Salad

Watermelon and cucumber are super-hydrating, low-calorie, antioxidant packed foods that taste even better together. This Watermelon Cucumber salad is sure to keep you cool and casual, from home to summer picnics and everywhere in between.
Check out the recipe:
1 small Watermelon, or a half a larger Watermelon
1 long French Cucumber with the peel on
1 small Red Onion
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Mint to taste
1 cup of crumbles feta (optional)
Chop your Watermelon and Cucumber into small cubes.
Dice your Mint and Red Onion.
Add everything to a large salad bowl.
Pour Olive Oil, 2 squeezed Limes and a pinch of Salt to the fruit and veggies
*Optionally add Feta Cheese.
Mix well an enjoy!
