Combating Chemo Brain

You may find that you have trouble remembering things and feel like you're in a fog during and in the months following chemo. Trust me, my children called me “Fiffi forget me knots”. To help me get through it, I tried many things but found making lists and setting reminders really helped. Everything had to be written down. Working on crosswords, sudoku or other puzzles, or learning a foreign language can help keep your mind sharp.
